By accessing or using Blossoms Consultant Clinic Virtual Consultation System ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides telemedicine consultations for informational and medical advice purposes only. It does not replace emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please call emergency services (112 or 199) immediately. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete health information; (b) be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent; (c) not share your account credentials; (d) attend scheduled appointments on time; (e) use the Service only for lawful healthcare purposes.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit the consultation fee. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified.
Your medical information is protected under Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and applicable healthcare privacy laws. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Consultation records are confidential and accessed only by your treating doctor and authorized clinical staff.
All doctors on our platform are verified and licensed by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). However, we do not guarantee treatment outcomes. The doctor-patient relationship is governed by professional medical ethics and applicable Nigerian law.
All content on this platform including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Blossoms Consultant Clinic and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Blossoms Consultant Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the consultation in question.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, before resorting to litigation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
